All items within the marketplace are sold as novelty items/curios and are intended to be used as such. The items sold within the Eclectic Artisans website are not meant to replace any medical procedure(s), medical treatment(s), medical advice or legal advice, nor are the featured products intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any type of disease. Eclectic Artisans makes no claims or guarantees regarding the outcomes of your spiritual practice.

Eclectic Artisans Has a MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT OF $5.00. Any purchase of a product or products totaling less than $5.00 unfortunately cannot be processed. We thank you in advanced for your understanding. Eclectic Artisans cannot honor multiple discounts and promotions for orders. This includes using more then one coupon code, free shipping, discounted shipping or combination of more than any "1" promotion. We will be happy to let you know which promotion may save you the most. If more then one promotion is used to make a purchase, we will email you to let you know your order has been cancelled. 

Eclectic Artisans has a Minimum $5.50 shipping charge on any & all purchases. This is due to the rising costs of shipping & materials needed to ship our products. Our shipping and handling charges vary, and are ESTIMATED. The shipping charges are based on the weight of each product, and the address in which the order is being sent to. Shipping and Handling fees pay for the following. The shipping charge its self, boxes, bubble wrap, containers & tape (to secure your item(s), as well as any other related shipping expenses).

NOTE: When choosing "free shipping," your order will be shipped via the cheapest method possible with tracking. Free shipping does not constitute expedited shipping. If you require something to be mailed to you in a certain time frame (a birthday gift), please specify that in the notes when ordering.

When An Order Is Placed: After your order is placed, you will receive an order # and a confirmation email with your order #. If you didn't receive this confirmation email, it either went in your spam/junk box or you entered in an incorrect email address when you made your purchase. Please contact us if this happens.

Shipping The Order: It is quite possible that is you order multiple items that they may come in different boxes. If your order will be coming in more then one box, it will be outlined in the "notes" of your order. To check the notes of your order, click the "track my order" link on the top of the EA homepage, enter in your email address as well as the order # and hit submit. From there you will be able to see any notes on your order. 

NOTE: If ordering from multiple vendors, your order will be shipped via USPS. If you choose UPS at checkout and your order consists of multiple vendor's products, your order will be shipped via a comparable method through USPS.

Some Items Need To Be Made To Order: Being that Eclectic Artisans is hybrid marketplace (a store that consists of both our company supplying orders as well as, affiliated vendors, whole sellers and drop shipping suppliers), your item(s) may need to be made to order. If this is the case, you will be notified in the "notes" section of your order. 

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email which will consist of a tracking # and link that you can click to track your order. You can also track your order via the "Track My Order" link on the top of the Eclectic Artisans Home Page. 

Signature Required: A signature will be required upon delivery for any order over $300. An ADULT signature will be required for all orders placed for Athames made by Grey Bear, regardless of cost.

As soon as item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for the item(s) that have been shipped. We can insure an item if requested prior to placing the order with us. Please contact us at 727.803.6605.


International orders can vary. *These are estimates, based on prior shipments to these locations. Shipping time also depends on customs, and type of shipping chosen at checkout.
~Average shipping times to Europe are estimated 7-10 days (from the day the item(s) are shipped.
~Shipping times to Canada average 5-8 days (from the day the item(s) are shipped.
~Shipping times to Asia may take up 10-15 days (from the day the item is shipped).
~Shipping times To Australia may take up to 10-15 days (from the day the item is shipped)
~Shipping times to South America may take up to 10-15 days (from the day the item is shipped)
~Shipping times to Africa may take up to 15-18 days (from the day the item is shipped).

Each transaction at checkout is done so with the privacy being taken very seriously. At no time is your credit card number disclosed to Eclectic Artisans. If paying with a check, please notify us by e-mail to receive proper mailing address to send your check to, along with the items that you are interested in purchasing. Once your check has cleared, your items will be shipped. 

Eclectic Artisans has multiple vendors, whole-sellers and artists selling products on our website. Individual shipping times may vary, depending on the which vendor, whole-seller, affiliate or artist the product you purchased is coming from. We are not currently offering next day shipping on any products as an option. If there is an item that you need expedited, please contact us as soon as you can, and we will do our best to offer an expedited shipping method. If next day air is in the realm of possibilities, we will be more than happy to ship next day.

International Orders may be subject to VAT Tax. Florida law requires us to charge state & local sales tax(es) on any orders being shipped to or are placed in Florida. You will not be taxed if your shipment isn't sent to Florida. Customers are responsible in paying appropriate taxes to the the appropriate taxing authorities for purchases made online that your state and local governments require.

All packages are shipped discreetly with plain labeling, and no reference to Witchcraft, Paganism, Occult, Wicca, Etc. We understand that many of our customers prefer to purchase their items discreetly, and therefore all orders are sent in a discreet manner.  

Eclectic Artisan's , hand crafted, and hand made product vendors ship their orders between 1 and 2 times a week depending on vendor's sales volume. The term 2nd day and 3rd day UPS shipping refer to how long it will take for the item to be received by you (the purchaser) from the day that the item is shipped. 

If the item or item(s) you have ordered is on back-order, we will ship your item(s) the day they are available and come in. If it is going to be a considerable amount of time before the item(s) become available, we will notify you, and verify if you would prefer a refund, a store credit, or if you would like to place an order for another item.

Items shipped from Alchemy Gothic tend to take an average of 5-7 Days to be received once the item(s) have been shipped. Because these items are imported from England, allow for 2-3 weeks shipping time on any back ordered items from Alchemy Gothic's Products.

Eclectic Artisan's "Wholesale" vendors ship out daily, unless your order comes in after 8:00AM, in which you order will be sent out the following business day. Some circumstances may apply and delays are possible. Tracking numbers will be provided to customers for all orders when items are shipped.

PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR SHIPPING when you place an order on a weekend or a holiday. Some items may be delayed if in transit during a holiday as well. Please submit your order in advanced if purchasing an item for a special occasion or sabbat. Our goal is to get your items to you as soon as possible. If an order is placed on a weekend for "wholesale item", your product will go out the following business day.

Our Manufacturer of instruments and Alchemy Gothic products do not ship products outside the U.S. If you are wanting to purchase an instrument or Alchemy Gothic item and live outside the United States, please Contact us as 727.803.6605 prior to ordering, and we will be happy to set up and accommodate further shipping.


Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation receipt of your order. This will include a list of products that you purchased, the prices of each, your total discount (if applicable), total shipping costs and shipping method requested. This will also show the name and address of whom the product(s) are being sent to. 


Upon fulfillment of the order, you will receive a follow up e-mail specifying when your order has been shipped along with any available tracking information for your items. It is possible that when an item is first received by the shipping courier that tracking info may be unavailable. This doesn't mean your item hasn't shipped, this just means the courier's system has yet to be updated with tracking info. Please allow some time from the moment you receive your tracking # and when the courier can make tracking updates available. 

Eclectic Artisans reserves the right to deny and cancel any order at any time. If an order is cancelled, you will receive appropriate refunds/credits. 

If an order is cancelled or you have attempted to place an order multiple times and have been denied, it is possible that your bank will have an approved authorized amount placed on hold on your account for each attempt or order. This is not our doing. If you tried to place an order with us via your credit card and you where denied but there is still a hold on your card, please contact your financial institution about having the hold removed. Not all banks will remove temporary holds. This unfortunately is how some banks operate and this is out of our control. 

You can check your order status at any time by clicking the "track my order" link at the top of the website. 

Eclectic Artisans Goal is to provide a pleasant, hassle free, and happy shopping experience.  We take every effort to ensure your items are packaged properly, and are in mint condition upon leaving our possession for shipping. Each order is checked for accuracy, as well as quality.
