Eclectic Artisans LLC Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the item(s) from the order are delivered,we will be unable to return, refund or exchange the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be returned in the same box. If an item is defected or damaged please contact us immediatly. PLEASE CONTACT US US PRIOR TO SENDING AN ITEM BACK SO WE CAN GIVE YOU THE PROPER INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN THE ITEM. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
• Custom or Hand Made Products
• Custom Books of Shadows
• Handmade Athames
• Made to Order Products
• Certain Hand Crafted Items
• Incense, Oils and Herbs
• Bath and Body Items
• Used Items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (which is your order #). We will not take back another companies items or items you have purchased form somewhere other then Eclectic Artisans.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit are granted (if applicable):
• Books with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape that has been opened
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Shipping Your Item Back/Return Shipping Policy:
***DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEM WITHOUT FIRST SUBMITTING A REFUND REQUEST VIA THE CONTACT US LINK ON THE ECLECTIC ARTISANS HOMEPAGE. ECLECTIC ARTISANS WILL NOT HONOR RETURNED ORDERS/ITEMS/REFUNDS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. WE MAY ALSO NEED TO SPEAK WITH YOU PERTAINING TO THE REFUND AS WELL, SO PLEASE REPLY BACK TO OUR EMAILS IF REQUESTED TO DO SO***
To return your product, you need to contact us prior to shipping the item back by clicking the "contact us" link on the home page of Eclectic Artisans. From there, fill in the required info and choose "I would like to request a refund" from the drop down list and submit your request. From there, we will email you a shipping label to adhere/tape to the original box that the item(s) where sent to you in. Please include all packing supplies and packing slip(s) from the order and ship the item back to us in the original box the order came in. Please remove the old shipping label that was used to ship the order to you (or adhere the return shipping label OVER the old one if it cannot be removed). This shipping label will include a tracking # to track the box as it is en route to return to us. Once arrived, the item(s) will be verified and inspected. If everything looks good and matched your order and met the above criteria (and criteria specified herein), your refund will be submitted back to you minus the costs to have the item(s) shipped back to us. Note: you can use a regular printer and regular printer paper to print the return shipping label that we email to you. If you do not have a printer or cannot print the return shipping label, please contact us and we will let you know how to proceed.
If the item(s) that are being returned to us where due to being damaged or defected, Eclectic Artisans will refund you in full and will not deduct the return shipping costs out of your refund total, (so long as the refund of the item meets the guidelines listed within our policy).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary. We will contact you with a follow up confirmation email when the returned product has arrived and you will receive a refund email when the refund has been submitted.
There are some exceptions to our refund policy and these exceptions are done on a case by case basis, please contact us for more information if you are deciding to return something.
Eclectic Artisans can only do exchanges on particular items. Depending if the item is handmade, one of a kind or limited product, an exchange may not be possible...and a return may have to be done. Please contact us with any questions about exchanges. It may just be easier to refund you and place a new order, of which will be determined between the customer and Eclectic Artisans if this circumstance arrises.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days pending your financial institutions time frame to post refunds. We will email you a shipping label to attach to the box and ship back to Eclectic Artisans. The shipping cost to return the item will be deducted out of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com with your name, phone number and order number.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. A store credit will be granted.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return (minus the shipping costs to ship the box back to Eclectic Artisans). Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift certificate in the form of a coupon code that can be used on Eclectic Artisans.
