Our Refund Policy

$5.00 MINIMUM FOR ALL ORDERS 

  • You (the customer) have 14 days from the day our product shipped to return the product. You must notify us at info@eartisans.net in order to get the appropriate return shipping address . Any items returned back to us are subject to a 3.00% restocking fee. All returns require appropriate tracking at time of item being sent back for return.
 
  •  ALL SALES ON BOOKS ARE FINAL. Books sold on this site are not able to be returned.


  • If you decide that you want to return your item within that specified time, you (the customer) will be responsible for any shipping costs to get the product back to us. It is also your responsibility to make sure that the product is shipped back and returned to us in the condition the product was in when it was originally sent to you. Also, please include all packaging and contents with the product when sending it back for return.


  • Failure to meet these obligations will exempt you from being able to return the product that you ordered.


  • Goods purchased from this website shall be free from defects for a period of 14 days from the day the product was shipped. If within that 14 days, you find a defect or issue with the product, please contact us. Any other warranties or guarantees placed on products are solely done so individually by each products maker (vendor). ***Please note: if you receive your order and the package it came in is ruined, damaged, opened, or tampered with, please deny shipment & contact us immediately.*** If for whatever reason you could not or are not able to reject the package due to any of the above listed, contact us immediately!


  • Please allow 10 to 12 days in processing to submit your refund request back to you. Normally, it will not take that long, but based upon bank processing times, electronic funds availability, and shipping dates, this process could potentially take up to 12 days. We will process all approved refunds as soon as we receive the product back and are able to verify the product. We only can pay your refund by check or electronic transfer via pay pal, back to the account that was originally charged for the product.    


  • Tree Gold & Be Gold Stick Figure Families are non refundable or returnable. When customizing your stick figure family, upon completion of doing so, you the customer are given the opportunity to add tracking to your shipment. Due to the rising costs in postage, and in order to keep our prices competitive, we offer customers the ability to track their stick figure family purchases if they wish at an additional cost. If tracking is declined, we will not have a way to track your product once sent, and customers purchasing stick figure families understand that at the time of purchase.

  • The warranty shall last for 14 days from shipping date.
  • The warranties provided for herein shall be governed by Seller's warranty policies in effect on the date of shipment.
