Jet is most effective and most powerful when placed on the 6th, or Third Eye/Brow Chakra. In direct chakra therapy, one should lie on the back in a relaxed manner, place the stone in the middle of your forehead or over the Third Eye, and simply concentrate on your 6th, or Third Eye/Brow Chakra, it will help strengthen psychic abilities and awareness.
